For exhibitors or events organisers , TAAP Data Capture is an easy solution to use for lead capture whilst on a stand or on the move. It enables information to be filled in directly to the PDA/handheld device, which can then be verified if required, and details of potential customers can be sent back to the office instantly. Information can therefore be used immediately – available within 10 seconds of capture. There is no need to wait until your event staff return to the office to collate details and pursue leads.

Venue or "space" owners
TAAP’s VisitorSpace is an in-building positioning technology. It uses a network of TiPs (TAAP interaction Points) – small devices which reference pre-programmed data – to provide visitors with interactive maps of the ‘space’ they are visiting and associated information.
The data referenced by a TiP could relate to a specific exhibition stand for example, so if a visitor has downloaded the VisitorSpace application on their PDA, the exhibition stand’s TiP pops a message up on the visitor’s map, as they enter the proximity area. The message from the TiP could invite the visitor to enter a competition for example, or to visit the exhibitor’s stand to claim a special offer. It could even pop up an electronic form used for data capture, which the visitor could complete via their PDA.
