Scroll through the returned addresses and click on the address that you want to use. This will select the address.

The next stage in this form is to collect contact information.

If you fill in these fields and put in a valid email address then in the final stage you can choose to send an example email to that address.

Click on the send button and an email will be sent to the email address entered. We do not store any of the details entered here.

Once a PDA form has been completed the client will receive the data in less than 1 minute.

The TAAP process can also send a message to the person who has completed the PDA form. The communication can be as simple as an SMS or as complex as a branded email.
