TAAP provides mobile workforce solutions that aid data capture and field force automation, and are designed to improve business processes. Whatever the size of organisation, we know that our customers expect their systems to be easy-to-use and available whenever they need, wherever they are. We call this design philosophy “TAAP N’Go”.

This means that our systems have to be up and running extremely quickly; able to cope with a single person or the largest enterprise customer, and allow you to get started in a few days, for a few hundred pounds. To do this we have created “the agile application platform” (TAAP). This mobile platform allows new, sometimes extremely complex, applications to be developed extremely quickly and integrate with existing systems seamlessly.

Allows organisations to save money and improve service by capturing information and making it available immediately on a secure web site or linked to an existing system. With Data Capture 2; now it is possible include photographs and annotation to better serve customers.

TAAP VisitorSpace works using TiPs (TAAP Interaction Points) and is a combination of low cost hardware and a software service which lets you track where things are and then dynamically provides the appropriate response. For example, it lets you seamlessly find your way from Google Maps outside, to a TiPS map inside a building. TiPS works in conjunction with the other applications to make applications proximity-aware. It is an in-building positioning system which can be used to provide a rich visitor experience, and help “space owners” to maximise the value their space provides.

Ideal for: marketing promotions; exhibition and retail foot fall; dynamic exhibitor offerings; asset location and retrieval; kiosk applications; entry and exit management.

TiP stands for TAAP interaction Point. A ‘TiP’ is a small plastic device placed in a specific location to mark that particular point in “space”. They work as in-building proximity-aware devices but can also be used outdoors. TiPs is a technology service which can be applied to various mobile applications to provide rich data-enhanced experiences. TiPs can be applied to any space - exhibition halls, stadiums, concert halls, train stations, shopping centres etc.

For example, it can be used by exhibition "space" owners who wish to use a network of TiPs to create many different points in space (i.e. on each exhibition stand), and provide visitors with data relating to those stands which appears as messages or dynamic forms on their mobile device. Visitor data can also be extracted from the system to provide visitor tracking information to space owners or exhibitors.
