Local Authorities

TAAP provides various software applications for Local Authorities, especially related to repairs and maintenance/servicing for housing/facilities management and any other areas which local councils may be responsible for - such as open spaces, public highways etc. TAAP also provides mobile applications which are extremely useful for the full fleet management lifecycle - from deliveries and collections of vehicles, through to damage control, and eventual vehicle disposal. Our systems are designed to work either as stand alone applications relaying information through to secure websites, or as a mobile front end improving existing processes and integrating seamlessly with back-office software.

Having spoken with a number of local authorities recently, TAAP has recognised the need for the creation of a standard set of electronic forms for use throughout all the local authorities within the UK, because many processes and requirements are very similar or exactly the same. To facilitate this, TAAP is creating a steering committee which will meet to decide which forms should be standardised and if not already converted into electronic format, then to make these available on mobile devices as soon as possible.
