Exman - issue list

Exman is a suite of products designed initially for exhibition management and conferences. It dramatically improves service levels and cuts costs by managing field service operations to provide a richer experience for exhibitors and attendees.

TAAP Exman is an exhibition management software application on a mobile device. It logs, tracks, and helps to resolve exhibitor issues for exhibition organisers. Floor staff working for event organisers can use mobile devices to raise and monitor issues which are routed to the relevant contractor.

Issues can be logged by staff even if they aren’t looking after that specific area of the exhibition space. Floor staff access to the application can be configured so they only view issues that relate to the specific area of the exhibition space they are responsible for. Contractors receive details of the issues which relate to them (i.e. electricians only receive electrical issues) and this can be via a handheld device on a secure website.

Data can be imported into the system so information on stands, exhibitors and contractors do not need to be manually entered. All live data can be seen by the exhibition organiser/floor manager via a PDA or a secure website so they have a real-time overview of all the issues raised and the status.

Issue status can be updated by those people granted access to do so, and exhibitors can be informed of the issue status as the system can send automated email and sms messages to them.

After-show analysis – because all issues are stored it’s easy to analyse the data after the exhibition, so information relating to contractor performance, floor staff response, and issue type can all be viewed in detail.
