TAAP Sales Force is a customer relationship management (CRM) application accessible via the web.
It helps to increase revenue and improve service by managing all aspects of the sales process, including customer database management; lead generation management; dealer/branch allocations if required; campaigns - email, telemarketing etc.; task allocation and scheduling, and so on. The application is available anywhere there is a web connection and so your team can keep the database updated whether they are working in the office, at home, or in a coffee shop. This means there is no need to purchase expensive IT equipment to support it, or use IT resources as it is easily implemented. The system can stand alone or integrate with other system using TAAP Connect
As with all of TAAP's software, the application will be tailored to your organisation's processes to reflect your way of working. It will also be branded with your organisation's image in order to tie-in with your identity.
Records can be logged within the system for organisations (parent and subsidiary), and associated contacts. Type of contact can be user-defined so it is easy to recognise the terminology relating to specific records - i.e. hot lead, prospect, previous client, existing client, supplier, partner etc.
Campaigns can be set up relating to any field within the database - i.e. industry type (again, these can be user-defined), job title, no. of employees, location etc. and these can be saved on 'clipboards' so the list created will always be available. You can choose to share the list with other team members. Lists can be edited or added to and used for future campaigns. Records within a list will automatically be updated when the contact record is updated, as the record does not exist as a separate entity.
Management reporting - it is easy to create customised reports within the system as you can choose to report on any field in relation to other fields. For example, you could create a report on the opportunity/pipeline value analysed alongside the lead sources and account managers, so just choose these particular fields and your data will be available to view.
